The plasma, which is created by a plasma mixture (Ar, H) and an electric arc moving between an anode and a cathode, has a temperature of approx. 20,000 C°.

This allows high-melting materials, such as ceramics, to be sprayed using this process.

  • Titanium oxide
  • Mixtures of the different materials
  • etc.
